In the Classes 6–8 category, Nikethana won the Third Prize, receiving a cash award of ₹3,000 along with a certificate.
In the Classes 9–10 category, Sarnitha Varsha secured the Third Prize, receiving a cash award of ₹1,500 along with a certificate.

Our Class 9 students had the opportunity to participate in a collaborative project on “Conservation of Energy Resources for Sustainable Development” with the Geography Department of Mill Hill School, London, during the previous academic year.
This year, students from Mill Hill School visited our school and interacted with our Class 9 students, building on the collaboration. They delivered an engaging PowerPoint presentation on the project and shared their perspectives on sustainable energy conservation practices.
The interactive session concluded with a lively question-and-answer discussion, during which our students asked thoughtful questions about the practical steps the visiting students take to conserve energy in their daily lives. The exchange of ideas encouraged greater awareness of sustainable living and inspired students from both schools to adopt responsible energy conservation practices.
Our school proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of our young innovators, Petchi Kowshika of Class X and Sharnitha Varsha of Class VIII, whose curiosity, creativity, and dedication to scientific exploration have brought them great honour. They have been selected for the prestigious INSPIRE Award for the year 2025–2026, instituted by the Government of India, Ministry of Science and Technology.
This remarkable recognition reflects their innovative thinking and passion for science. We congratulate our talented students and wish them continued success in their journey of discovery and innovation.
The ATAL Lab of our school organized an Innovative Science Project Competition – “Ratan Tata Expo” (Ratan Award) for students of Classes 6, 7, 8 and 9. The competition was conducted in two levels. We received an overwhelming response with 240 project exhibits from the students. After careful evaluation, our science teachers selected 70 best exhibits for the next level.
The grand finale of the Ratan Tata Expo was held yesterday in our school. The event was judged by Mr. Padmanabha Kamal, CEO, The Consultancy, Trichy; Mr. Mohammed Nawsath Sherif, MD & CEO, EdtoDo Technovations LLP, Chennai & Tirunelveli; and Dr. Suvaitharan S.T, District Program Manager, Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, Tuticorin.
The Chief Guest, Dr. G. Vinoth, CEO of Pongu Ventures and KR Innovation Centre, District iTBI NEC, graced the occasion. Our Principal delivered the welcome address and encouraged the students for their efforts.
The judges and the chief guest appreciated the creativity, curiosity, and innovative ideas shown by the students. For each class, three teams were selected as prize winners. The prize distribution ceremony was held in our school conference hall, where the winners were awarded cash prizes.
The event was a great success and inspired students to think creatively and develop scientific ideas for the future.
Our Class 5 students participated in a prestigious State Level Quiz Competition held at Don Bosco School Chennai and secured an impressive Fourth Place among some of the most popular schools from Chennai, Pondicherry, Vellore, and other cities.
Our team performed exceptionally well throughout the competition. In the preliminary on-stage semi-finals, they brilliantly secured Second Place, showcasing their knowledge, confidence, and teamwork. Despite very tough competition in the final round, our students fought valiantly and achieved Fourth Place at the state level — a commendable accomplishment.
The quiz was conducted by the renowned quiz master Dr. Suman C Raman, adding great prestige to the event. Competing under such esteemed guidance and among top schools was truly a valuable learning experience for our students.
We are extremely proud to announce that our school cricket team won the finals of the Chandra Trophy T-20 Tournament, conducted by Esakki Vidyashram School, Tenkasi, by defeating Esakki Vidyashram School in the final match.
The tournament witnessed the participation of 8 schools from Tenkasi, Tuticorin, Tirunelveli, and Kanyakumari districts, making the competition both challenging and prestigious.
Our students showcased excellent teamwork, skill, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Their dedication and consistent performance led them to this well-earned victory.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the players for their remarkable achievement. Special appreciation goes to our coach, whose guidance, encouragement, and tireless efforts were instrumental in this success.

The State Level Open Roller Skating Championship was organized by Theni Roller Skating Academy at Theni on 25.01.2026. The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from 25 skating academies representing various places such as Chennai, Madurai, Theni, Karur, Coimbatore (Kovai), Udumalaipettai, Tuticorin, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, and Kovilpatti.
The competition was intense, with talented skaters competing at a high level. Our school students performed admirably and brought laurels to the institution.
Shri Pranav of Class 7 won a Bronze Medal in the 200-metre race.
Sri Harini of Class 7 secured a Silver Medal in the 200-metre race and also won a Bronze Medal in another 200-metre event.
Their achievements in such a tough competition reflect their dedication, hard work, and sportsmanship.

The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS), under its flagship Khelo India initiative, continues to empower women athletes across the nation through the ASMITA (Achieving Sports Milestone by Inspiring Women Through Action) Leagues. ASMITA symbolizes the unyielding spirit, resilience, and rising strength of Indian women in sports.
We are immensely proud to announce that Keerthana (Class X) and Krithika (Class XI) of our school have been selected to represent Tirunelveli District in the ASMITA South Zone Soft Tennis Championship, held at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, from 16th to 19th January 2026.
Their outstanding performance and dedication have further earned them the prestigious opportunity to compete at the National Level, representing our state. Notably, Keerthana and Krithika are among the eight-member state team, bringing great honour and recognition to our school.
