Arvind Eye Hospital and the District Science Centre jointly organized a creative competition on the occasion of World Glaucoma Awareness Week 2025. The event featured a Rangoli and Drawing competition, aimed at raising awareness about glaucoma and encouraging students to express their understanding of eye health through art.
We are proud to announce that our school students participated with great enthusiasm and creativity, winning accolades in both categories.
In the Rangoli competition, K. Barghavi of Class 5’A’ secured the first prize, showcasing her impressive skills and attention to detail in creating a beautiful and meaningful Rangoli design.
In the Drawing competition, S.G. Sarnitha Varsha of Class 7’A’ received a well-deserved consolation prize, displaying her artistic flair and creativity in conveying the importance of eye care.
This event not only allowed our students to exhibit their artistic talents but also provided them with an important opportunity to learn more about glaucoma and eye health awareness. Congratulations to the winners and our art department staff!!
