Cheers, Challenges, and Champions: Recap of Our Kids’ Sports Day

On March 7th, our school was filled with excitement and energy as we hosted a memorable Kids’ Sports Day for our kindergarten and primary school students. We were honored to have two distinguished guests join us for the occasion: Mr. Paul Bickerdike, a retired teacher from Milhill School in London, and Mr. Sathish, a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the tech industry, including notable stints at Microsoft and Intel.

The event kicked off with a heartwarming welcome speech from our beloved higher secondary students, setting the tone for the day’s festivities.

For our kindergarten students, 8 fun-filled competitions were organized, while our primary school children participated in 16 exciting events. From musical chairs and marbles-in-bottles to sack races, slow cycling, and obstacle courses, each activity was designed to promote essential skills such as concentration, teamwork, coordination, and motor development. The children’s energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and the entire event was made even more special by the support and encouragement from our students, parents, and staff.

The grand finale of the day was the trophy presentation ceremony. Our Principal and Correspondent, along with the chief guests, had the privilege of honoring the winners, creating a moment of pride and joy for the young champions and their families.

We are deeply grateful to our dedicated staff, the supportive parents, and the spirited children who all played a part in making this Sports Day a tremendous success. It was truly an unforgettable celebration of fun, sportsmanship, and community spirit.
